We manufacture custom printed equipment covers for many firms in the medical or technology fields.
You may recognize some of the names below.
The most successful projects are defined by how fast we can move to the market for our clients. Designing a custom cover can be very tricky, as in most of these cases the client would like a form-fitting cover and something that conveys the identity of the brand.
To get the best result, we always require the client to send a dummy/shell unit so we can get the best fit and the best outcome. It also cuts down on multiple iterations of sample design and production. And in the case of Cook Medical, we created a design that would never have been conceived without the unit on hand. Having a piece of dummy equipment is key!
What follows is a brief description of what kind of dust cover we manufacture for a few of our clients:
1. Abbot Labs, (also known as AMO):
Medium-sized vinyl (plastic) dust cover for the White Star machine. It is manufactured in white vinyl film, and custom printed with the Abbot Labs 2-color logo.
Larger-sized 420 denier white nylon dust cover for the Wavescan machine. It has an embroidered logo on the outside.
2. GenMark Diagnostics:
Medium-sized dust cover for the xxmslmfl machine. It is manufactured in a silver 210 denier nylon, and custom printed with the GenMark Logo.
3. Cook Medical:
Small vinyl dust cover for a medical laser system. It’s made from anti-static vinyl. In prototype development, there was no need for anti-static, but as soon as the cover was tested, it resulted in a few shock cases, so Cook opted to produce in anti-static.
4. Pratt and Whitney:
Extra-large dust covers for the “Supermike”. Manufactured in frosty clear vinyl in 4 different sizes for the same machine.

We manufacture equipment covers for medical, industrial and commercial applications, made from vinyl, nylon or polyester.
One such cover we recently made was for a client who manufactures wipes for make-up removal, or cleaning. They recently required some new covers for their material inventory.
The custom covers we made make it easier to cover the sleeves (rather than a large, cumbersome drop-cloth), have a good aesthetic value, but most importantly, prevent contamination in the storage environment and limit potential bacterial growth. The covers, or “sleeves “ as our client calls them, are used as a pattern in the production of hygienic wipes and overall cleanliness in the plant and equipment is an important factor.
For this application, we manufactured covers made from 300/600 denier nylon, which has a pvc (vinyl) coating on the inside. This coating prevents water and condensation from forming on the underside. It is also very durable and perfect for manufacturing environments. The covers are in the exact shape of their sleeves, which is a custom, fitted style. We were able to manufacture them because our client provided us with a drawing.

We get a lot of requests for information on how to clean and care for our heavy duty vinyl table covers.
We have previously discussed how durable they are, and how they transform a room. Today we thought we’d discuss how to care for them. Proper cleaning our heavy duty vinyl table covers ensures long-lasting use.
Tip #1: Use mild soap and water, not bleach! Using bleach-based products will dry out the plastic/vinyl, so use a grease cutter like Greenworks, Formula 409 or Fantastick.
Tip #2: Use non-abrasive cleaners. Those three cleaners mentioned above are all non-abrasive. Our Supreme heavy-duty vinyl has a prefix finish, which is easily cleaned. It is also oil and mildew resistant, so cleaning it is simple.
Tip #3: For those of you serving delicious ribs, burgers, fries, and other greasy foods, we recommend using a solvent-type cleaner as needed. A solvent is rubbing alcohol which you can buy at the drug-store (isopropyl alcohol). Simply put some on a soft cloth, and wipe over your table surfaces. Dry it with another cloth, and rinse with clean water, and dry.
Tip #4: If your customers accidentally write on the heavy-duty table cover, and you have a pen mark, apply some nail polish remover right away. Just six (6!) rubs will remove the mark. If it doesn’t, the ink has likely set, and may not be capable of being removed. For that reason, we recommend you choose darker color covers, or have all checks signed at the cash register, not the table.

Black and Decker needed a custom dust cover for one of their internal departments.
The item to be covered was a sample cutter table in their design workroom. Their workroom has a lot of dust, and they wanted to protect the equipment. The table is 10 ft long, 8 ft wide and 3 ft high. It also has a movable piece on the top, which made for an odd shape.
They contacted us with the dimensions of the table and sent along photographs for the pattern to be made. Because it was such a large piece, with many other features, they sent a CAD drawing also. We quoted the job and gave them a couple of material options: including polyester and nylon. They chose the nylon, which is a 210 denier, very strong but light, and has a thin plastic coating that is effective for keeping the dust from getting through the fabric to the equipment underneath.
We added a zipper to one corner, so it could be more easily removed and put back on by one person working in the design workroom. We also used nylon thread for extra strength (rather than cotton.) You can see the final result of their nylon dust cover here.

Three ties at top and side zips on our rack covers makes finding and storing items easy.
We manufacture a variety of rack covers for storage. Our rack covers protect stored items from dust, debris, and the elements. And, they offer additional protection against theft or pilferage. They can be made for regular racks such as the sizes listed below, or custom.
Our customers typically select our storage rack covers in milky clear sturdy (but supple) plastic film known as Banna. This material allows you to see through the material to what’s stored on the rack. Banna is reinforced with a nylon scrim running through it both horizontally and vertically. This mesh-like structure inside the film ensures durability, strength, and long-lasting life to the cover. It also offers added protection from a quick knife cut, as it’s slightly more difficult to penetrate than regular film or fabric.
Other material options for our storage rack covers include nylon, polyester, and canvas. And we can offer many of those materials in black, white, blue, red, silver/gray, green, tan, etc.
Our standard size rack covers are below and includes two sturdy zippers on the corners for easy access. There are also simple ties at the top which keep the front portion of the cover rolled up and the rack items available as needed. Later this can be closed up, and if needed, a lock can be attached. Simply request the additional feature of grommet holes at the bottom to attach a lock. (This is handy for trade shows, or areas with limited protection.)

We manufacture custom covers using antistatic vinyl film.
The antistatic PVC material can be used for dust covers, drum covers, equipment covers, rack covers and more.

In areas of high humidity, there is no need for antistatic properties. But in dry, low humidity environments, static build-up occurs. Our antistatic covers reduce or eliminate the charge within the environment, and protect your equipment, electronics, and computers. The antistatic features of this vinyl are controlled via the embossed surface of the vinyl film. It mitigates the static electric charge in the air surrounding your product when you place the cover over it.
The antistatic vinyl film is 6 mil thick, (medium weight,) and is soft, but extremely durable. Its transparency is frosty clear, meaning it’s see-through, but not crystal clear. It’s ideal for rack/equipment covers because you may still monitor the components underneath the antistatic cover.
We do not really have a minimum order on antistatic custom covers, however, all costs are based on quantity ordered.

We are a dust cover manufacturer for medical and technology equipment companies.
We have been producing OEM dust covers for over 50 years for some of the best firms in the US. OEM dust cover development is very simple.
Step 1: Tell us the features required, the purpose of the cover, the quantities you require, and the general size.
Some purposes of a dust cover could be:

Together with your marketing team, decide on the branding: logo color, size, placement, silkscreen imprint or embroidery. Send us the artwork in an EPS file, outlined.
Step 2: This one’s up to us. We’ll recommend a material, send you a quote, the cost to sample the dust cover, and the cost for a production run.
Step 3: place your order for an OEM dust cover sample. Send us a shell of your equipment to be covered. It can be an old model, or one that no longer works. We need it to create the pattern, and to get a solid fit. If your equipment is a rectangle or square, then you can skip this step, and just wait for your sample cover!
Samples do not include artwork. Only production runs get artwork. However, you may request the “first off” from production, and we can pull the first completed cover from the production line and send it out right away.

American Family is an insurance firm with offices throughout the U.S., selling life, health, auto, home, boat, and business insurance. They are new to Washington State, however, so are working on building their brand identity in the tri-cities area. The stadium is in south-central Washington.
To introduce the public to their brand, which they believe is embodied by family values and all-American principals, they are sponsoring arena football on Friday nights. To reflect their brand identity, they wanted to create a designated family section. To visually capture this idea and designate an area, they ordered our stadium seating chair back covers in high quality, thick Titan vinyl. Each game has 300 seats set aside for their patrons, and it defines a family zone where kids and parents can sit together without other fans drinking or using bad language around them.
Thechair back coversslip over the top of the thick stadium seats, and were made in Blue, and then silkscreened in their red and white logo. From the pictures, you can see that the area is now “special” and the guests themselves feel like they are in a special safe zone. And, the branding is doing its job by associating their logo, with family fun in a safe environment.
The chair back covers are made from thick plastic, so they wipe clean easily and can be stored in boxes. They are meant to be used over and over, year after year.
