To ensure that we get the most accurate fit, we start by measuring the equipment. An example of a military equipment bag we’ve designed had 300/600 denier nylon on the exterior with a 1/4″ closed cell foam lining. In addition, we can add pockets, pouches, and zippers for storage of accessories and dependable closure. We can also incorporate Nylon webbing, which provides a sturdy, secure handle.

Materials for Soft Carrying Cases

Our premium materials provide the freedom to choose from a wide range of qualities, such as water resistance, aesthetics, and durability. Examples include:

  • 200 Denier Nylon Oxford. Customers often choose this lightweight cloth for lining bags or pockets.
  • 400 Denier Nylon Pack. Available in a wide range of colors, this medium weight nylon cloth is also compliant with RoHS guidelines.
  • 600/300 Denier Nylon. This PVC coated nylon provides durability and performance, and is often used for luggage and many of our custom bags.
  • 1000 Denier Nylon. Also known as Cordura, this heavy-duty, high-strength fabric is ideal for heavy-use applications such as military equipment or sales samples.
  • 12 oz. Vinyl with Nylon Scrim. This material is a very durable, easy to clean, fire retardant, and waterproof.
