To ensure that we get the most accurate fit, we start by measuring the equipment. An example of a military equipment bag we’ve designed had 300/600 denier nylon on the exterior with a 1/4″ closed cell foam lining. In addition, we can add pockets, pouches, and zippers for storage of accessories and dependable closure. We can also incorporate Nylon webbing, which provides a sturdy, secure handle.

Lightweight, durable, and flexible, our 200 Denier Nylon Oxford features a urethane-coated backing for excellent water repellency, stain resistance, and odor resistance. Its versatile construction makes it ideal for a wide range of custom sewn products where weight and performance matter.

Medium-weight, durable, and flexible, our 400 Denier Nylon Packcloth features a urethane-coated backing for excellent water repellency, stain resistance, and odor resistance. Stronger than 200D nylon while remaining lightweight, it is an excellent choice for demanding commercial, military, and industrial applications.
