Nylons are tough and water resistant. This fabric is known for its durability and proven performance in many of the world’s toughest environments, Nylons are an excellent choice for equipment covers, chair caps, industrial bags, pouches, and rack covers.

Nylons offered:

• 200 Denier Nylon Oxford – great as a lining for a promotional bag.
• 400 Denier Nylon Pack- Cloth – Medium weight, well suited for dust covers and chair caps
• 600/300 Denier Nylon – PVC Coated, very durable, makes a great rack cover or heavy equipment cover. Performs well as the outer fabric in custom bag applications.
• 1000 Denier Nylon – Very strong, ideal for heavy-duty applications such as machine covers and carry bags that need to stand up to heavy use.

Vinyls are very useful materials. They are a great choice for shower curtains, dust covers, rack covers, chair caps, and table covers.

• REACH, Prop 65, compliance and non-P options available.

Vinyls offered:

• Vinyl films ranging from .004 to .012 for shower curtains and simple drop-on dust covers.
• Supported vinyls with flannel or knit backing for table covers and chair caps
• Supported vinyls with nylon skrim for rack covers, machine covers, and other industrial applications

Sure-Chek® LINEN is the original high performance, stain and odor resistant, wipe clean, institutional shower and cubicle curtain fabric. Years of field use has proven Sure-Chek® Linen to perform. It is tear resistant, flame resistant to NFPA 701, antistatic, odor resistant, stain-resistant and offers Sure-Chek® antimicrobial fabric protection.

Sure-Chek® colors in stock include white, dune, seafoam, pewter and black.

REACH compliant and does not contain VOC’s. Sure-Chek® Linen offers an attractive selection of contemporary colors with a crisp linen finish.

Vinyl Material Swatches

We offer a variety of fabrics to suit your application.

• PUL – Polyurethane Laminate. This material is waterproof and breathable.  We use it in our full line of adult incontinent wear, mattress covers, and specialty covers where suited.
• Vinyls with interior skrim such as our 100z Banna are ideal for custom projects requiring water-resistant vinyl with a tear-resistant nylon interior.
• We stock Prop 65 compliant vinyl films for shower curtains. This film has been specially formulated to meet the tough Prop 65 requirements as well as inhibit bacterial and fungal growth.  Not only is this vinyl a great choice for shower curtains, it is flame resistant and certified for use with strict building codes.

Our polyester and blend materials are a great option for your custom product. Fabrics are a great option depending on your project. With our high quality, soft 100% polyester or one of our poly-cotton blends, you can create your custom table cloth, shower curtain or chair cap.
