    Our drapes and curtains provide more than just privacy from outside.  They can be used to separate sleeping areas and bunks, create new living spaces or hide a messy closet.  Our Therma-foam liner blocks most sun-light and insulates, keeping you cool in the summer and warm in the winter.

    OUR MATERIAL:

    Our lux Turin fabric is available in six beautiful, earth-tone colors.  This faux silk fabric passes NFPA 701 and MVSS-302 fire retardant tests and offers an instant decorative element to your motorhome.  Stucco, a light, neutral-tan color is our best seller.     NEW HARDWARE:

    Our new style of pin-hook and carriers allow the drapes to be removed for dry cleaning.  We install a steel drapery pin-hook into each pleat which then slides into the carrier opening.  Your new drapes come ready to hang right out of the box!  Simply select the carrier you currently use, and we will send the appropriate upgrade.  Glide-Tape and Snap-Tape options are also available for tracks that work without hooks.

    EASY ORDERING:

    Custom RV drapes are easy to order, and the price is based on the overall size.  We will need your width and length measurements to ensure a perfect fit.

    Simply stretch a ribbon tape measure along the track from left to right, for the driver and passenger widths.  Some RV’s require a 3rd center panel.  Next measure from the base of the installed track to where you want the bottom of the drape to fall for the length.

    Once you have your measurements and know which color you’d like, Call 800-775-0804 or email sales@garymanufacturing.com with your forms to place your order.  We will confirm all details with you and send your order straight to production.  Your custom drapes ship within 2 weeks.

    TIPS FOR MEASURING SUCCESS:

    • Be sure to take individual measurements for each panel; Do not assume they will be exactly the same. This is true for both the width and length.
    • Note we are asking for track widths, and not finished drape widths. We know exactly how much to add for pleats and fullness.  We typically add 6” to 8” inches per panel for fullness.
    • Only drape length can be taken from existing panel, this measurement is fixed and will not change.

  3. Custom Sales Rep Bag

    In the last 10 years, Gary Manufacturing has been able to achieve excellent success in the custom bag industry.  Every request we get for a custom bag or custom cover is an opportunity to hone our skills in sales, production, and the manufacturing process.

    Recently, a Midwest lighting company contacted us to produce a carry bag for an expensive light fixture.  This bag needed to cradle the specialty display equipment as well as house the sales reps’ notes and tools for use while on an outside sales call.  They had tried off-the-shelf products but due to the odd shape of the item, they realized the only solution was a bag that was custom designed specifically for their purposes.

    Our custom sales expert was able to use her knowledge and experience to guide them through the front-end process seamlessly.  The lighting company sent us the fixture so we could design a bag that fit perfectly and functioned as needed.  We used 600/300 Denier Nylon for a durable solution as well as foam padding to protect the fragile piece of equipment.  We used heavy duty zips and removable clips to create a shoulder strap that was adjustable.  Adding the secure carry handle to the top of the bag was important to the customer so we made sure it was properly reinforced to handle the weight of the contents.

    Our production team was able to turn the sample around within the week.  See the image below for the completed product;

    Our customer was thrilled with the finished design and quality product we were able to produce for them.  They ordered 12 units right away and have subsequently placed orders for 48 more bags, all with printed logos to keep their branding at the forefront of their customers’ minds.  They have also asked us to design three other lighting fixture sales rep bags and have sent their sister company to us for other custom products.

    Custom Made Shower CurtainsWe carry a variety of water repellent fabrics and vinyls that can be made to order in various sizes. Our shower curtains are manufactured to meet and exceed commercial durability specifications. Our best selling vinyl is our 10g Pebble, which available in white and beige.

    The 10g Pebble vinyl has anti-bacterial and anti-bacterial properties for mildew resistance. It is also fire retardant to meet building codes. Please note that we also offer a selection of Prop-65 compliant vinyls; the most popular being our 6g Parquet which is available in the following colors: white, blue, beige and clear.

    Nylon is a great choice for commercial shower curtains because it dries quickly. Hotels especially like our specialty treated nylons for their soft yet long-lasting durability. Our most popular nylon is our Dobie (available in white and almond) which has a soft textured design for that extra touch of class. We also have a nice selection of more traditional shower curtain fabrics including our Super Repel (available in white) as well as our 200 Denier Oxford nylon (available white and lemon).     Vinyl is Popular Again and We’re Not Talking About Records

    Vinyl is one of our most popular segments of materials. With many different types of flannel, from supported and unsupported to knit-backed, flannel-backed, laminate, and scrim, our vinyl options are the most versatile in meeting your needs. From industrial shower curtains, fitted table covers, dust covers, and rack covers we can use these vinyls to create products that work in many different industries.     We manufacture stretch chair covers made from Lycra.

    Spandex Stretch chair covers

    They are very durable because they have 20% Lycra in them. (Lycra, by Dupont is the brand name for Spandex.) 20% Lycra means the stretch factor is high, and they will not loose their shape easily with proper care.

    Besides their long-lasting stretch, the reason our customers really like them is that the foot slips on easily to a nylon webbing sock. Nylon webbing is very durable. It is the same material that auto seat belts are made of. This is helpful because sometimes the foot of a chair can be missing its own foot component, and the bottom leg can be quite sharp.

    Then, when you slip on the cover and slide the sock over the foot of the chair, it cuts through the fabric. However, because our sock is made from nylon webbing, it slides on easily and does not cut it. This will give you much better durability, and your covers will last longer if the sock is hard-wearing. We made a short video showing how easily the foot of the chair slips in the sock of the stretch chair cover.

    Additionally, the cut of our chair cover is generous, so it fits all stacking banquet chairs. Our cover does not require an additional band to keep the seat in place.
