Wholesale Tablecloths and Table Linens

We manufacture and sell a variety of beautiful, affordable tablecloths in various sizes, fabrics and specifications for hotels, restaurants, trade shows, convention centers and more. Our customers include high-volume restaurants, hotels, caterers, event planners and convention centers. We have no minimum order for tablecloths as they are a large part of our wholesale business.

We are always happy to mail free fabric swatches so you may see the quality of our table linens. Just ask us.

The Gary Table Linen product line includes:

• Hospitality and institutional tablecloths
• Table napkins
• Table runners and overlays
• Custom size or shaped tablecloths
• Printed tablecloths for promotional or trade show use

Our linens are all commercial grade polyesters, and we offer high performance, quality Poplin, Oxford Weave and Satin fabrics for our tablecloths. We also offer strech Lycra tablecloths which are made from nylon. Choose from Rounds, Ovals, Oblongs and Square shapes. The cloth style may be draped or fitted, and if you would like your logo printed to create a promotional tablecloth, we are happy to handle this aspect.

For certain color tablecloths larger than 60" or 72" there will be a joining seam. For oval size tablecloths, please provide us with a paper pattern of the shape of the table.

If you are unsure of what size tablecloth you need for your table, the solution is easy: just add 8” twice to each dimension. Alternately, review this full size chart which has the formula to work out tablecloth sizes on both squares and rounds.

Detailed information on logos or graphics may be found here, but in general we can silk-screen 1-2 colors on a tablecloth or table covering. For a proper quote, we will need your artwork.
