How To Order Banquet Chair Covers

Please allow a minimum of 10-20 working days for the production of your chair covers. Allow an additional 2-5 days for shipping depending on your location. International orders ship via DHL, so allow 4-7 working days for shipping beyond North America.

We require a 50% deposit on all custom and standard orders.

If your chair is a standard stacking or folding chair, request fabric swatch samples, and then based on your material preferences, order an actual sample cover to check quality and fit. Once you fit your sample cover, place your order.

For custom orders, we ask you to complete our chair cover measurement form. If the chair has arms, we may need you to ship the chair to us for proper sizing. Based on your custom chair information, we will give you a quote.

If you agree to proceed, we will produce a pattern from your dimensions and a sample. After you approve the sample (please check that it is the correct fit), we manufacture the order. Please make an allowance for 1-3% shrinkage. We do not produce samples unless an order is placed.
