Automatic Sealers

Automatic impulse sealers are designed for the continuous sealing of thermoplastic films such as polyethylene and polypropylene. All of our automatic sealers operate on the impulse sealing method, controlled by a plug-in transistorized circuit board.

By utilizing controlled electronic timers and the uniform pressure provided by an electromagnet transformer, these models eliminate operator error in the sealing operation. Once the correct control settings have been programmed, consistent seals are maintained automatically, making the last seal as perfect as the first.

The automatic sealer is ideal for sealing operations in packaging candies, food, stationary, drugs, tools, automotive replacement parts, and a variety of other products. Electric foot pedal equipped for manual operation included.

All sealers are 110 Volts. 220 Volts units are available upon request. Round Element wire is available for cut and seal.

We offer both hand or foot automatic sealers.
