Vinyl Promotional Aprons

Our promotional vinyl bib apron is perfect for marketing, or ad specialty use. It is typically ordered by ad agencies, or marketing firms who need high-end quality bib aprons silkscreened with a logo. This apron is particularly effective when ordered in our Crystal Clear film. It is not a disposable/one-time use apron.

  • 20" wide x 25" long (SKU 197).
  • Available in white or crystal clear film.

It has a thin vinyl neck band and matching vinyl side ties. Our minimum order is 12.

We use 1 kind of vinyl (PVC/plastic) for our promotional bib aprons:

  • Unsupported vinyl – ideal for multiple uses, lightweight and available in multiple gauges and colors.

Artwork

Artwork can be reproduced on almost all of our products. We regularly print on aprons, table covers, chair caps, and shower curtains. Please see the requirements for artwork below.

  • Print on fabric or vinyl
  • To quote your job, we need a jpeg or tiff file. You may also direct us to a link.
  • For production, we will need an EPS file. (Photoshop.)
  • Allow 24-48 hours for the quote once your artwork file has been emailed.

All screen-printing is done manually, or on an octopus, depending on the size of the goods.

Size Limitations:

Aprons: 7" x 18" is largest artwork size - printed manually; 7" x 10" is largest artwork size printed on an octopus. Minimum quantity 12. Shower Curtains: 48" x 48" is largest artwork size; printed manually. Minimum quantity 100.
Chair Caps Full: 12" x 12" is largest artwork size; printed on an octopus. Minimum quantity 12.
Chair Caps Half: 12" x 6" is largest artwork size; printed on an octopus. Minimum quantity 12
Table Covers: 48" x 24" is largest artwork size; printed manually. Minimum quantity 6.

Keep in mind, if you are printing on a dark color, you may need 2-3 passes for the ink to show up. This is especially true of white ink on black.
