International Shipping

We are happy to ship most of our products internationally. All medium-sized international shipments are via DHL. Large shipments are by plane or ship. These are the steps involved:

To Inquire:

1. Email us which product you are interested in purchasing and what quantity. Also tell us when you need it.
2. We will reply with the total cost of product(s) and shipping.

Please Note:
The price we quote does not include duty fees imposed by the customs department in respective countries. The purchasing party is responsible for paying duty fees when the order arrives.

To Order:

1. Via email, request a formal quote.
2. Verify your shipping address.
3. Provide us with your tax identification number or your VAT#. (This is for DHL or the shipper to provide to your customs office in your country.)

To Pay:

1. Pay by credit card, or request our bank account number for a wire transfer.
2. Transfer funds.
3. When the fund transfer is verified, or credit card charged, your order will ship.

To Deliver:

1. All international shipments are sent via DHL, or ocean liner.
2. We will notify you of the tracking number via email.
3. On arrival, your customs authorities will notify you of duty fees. (Again, we have no way of knowing what these fees may be. You are responsible for paying them when the goods arrive. You may call your local DHL office, and ask them what those fees will be.)
4. Once fees are paid, DHL in your area delivers to your door, or the nearest pick-up center in your country/city. If sent by ship or plane, they will either be trucked to your warehouse, or you may arrange transfer from the dock/airport.
