How to Order

Customer service is open Monday to Friday 7.30 AM to 3.30 PM, Pacific Time zone. Please call us to place an order. You may also fax or e-mail your Purchase Orders at any time. Orders placed after hours will be processed the next business day. If you require a quote, please call or email us.

Terms and Conditions
Method of Payment and Credit Terms:

To establish credit terms, your business must be consistently ordering $500.00 per month; provide us with your fax number, e-mail or mailing address and we will send you our credit application.
For smaller one-time orders, we accept credit cards, or company checks. We accept American Express, Master Card, and Visa. We do not ship COD.

Sales Tax:

Non-exempt CA residents and businesses will be charged the appropriate sales tax. If you are exempt, we must have a signed copy of your resale card.

Shipping and Handling:

All shipping is FOB Chula Vista, California, USA. For domestic orders, we ship UPS Ground or if you prefer FedEx or DHL. For international orders, we ship UPS or DHL, depending on the country. If it is a large order, we can ship by truck. There is a handling charge on top of shipping of $5.50 on all orders.
Shipments under $100.00 in value are not insured. Shipments over $100.00 are automatically insured if shipped on our UPS account. If shipping by another carrier, please inform us if you require insurance.

Warranty:

All product is produced to standard and commercial tolerances. Gary Manufacturing Inc. warranties product to be free from defects in workmanship and material. When Gary Manufacturing has determined that a product is defective, it will be replaced at Gary Manufacturing discretion, a credit may be offered instead of replacement. Gary Manufacturing liability is limited to the cost of the defective product. No other warranty is expressed or implied.

Liability:

The customer shall test and verify the suitability of the product for intended use. No warranty for intended use is made. The customer assumes all risk and liability. Gary Manufacturing only obligation is replacement or credit for product proven defective. Gary Manufacturing shall not be liable for any loss or damage from the use or inability to use the product.

Technical Advice:

Any technical advice furnished or recommended by Gary Manufacturing or any representative of Gary Manufacturing concerning any use or application of any product is believed to be reliable but the company makes no warranty of results obtained. The customer shall test and verify for suitability for intended use.

Miscellaneous:

Custom orders require a 50% deposit. Custom orders are non-returnable. Returns carry a 20% restocking fee. Prices are subject to change without notice.
