Consultation, simple design and prototype development
Cutting, sewing and packaging
Adding buckles, elastic, eyelets, grommets, snaps, ribbon, Velcro, or zippers
Heat-sealing to make pockets, pouches or other seamless soft plastic components
Silk-screening, embossing or foil stamping your logo or graphic(s)

Contract Sewing
Contract sewing is defined as ‘cut and sew’; it utilizes our labor only, with the client sourcing the materials. If the project is a fit, we will establish minimum orders at the time we quote it.

We are very selective about which jobs we take on in our cut and sew department. We make sure the product is a fit for the experience level of the team, the material sews/seals well in our machines, and the client has some product management experience. Cut and sew jobs still require a significant amount of paperwork, and managing the materials for the customer is time consuming.

Private Label Sewing
Private Label Sewing is part of our production abilities. Many people come to us with product inventions, which we produce under their brand name. We source the materials/fabrics if necessary, and we produce and package the products, however labels and packaging are the client's responsiblity to design, source, and provide. Clients are also responsible for marketing and warehousing their private label goods.
